Feras Alhlou, President
Feras Alhlou is the President of E-Nor, Inc. which he co-founded in 2003. Prior to E-Nor , Feras was the Vice President of Professional Services for Syndeo Corporation, a next generation telecom application provider. Before Syndeo, Feras was the Director of Custom Solutions for Vicorp, overseeing software solution deployment, nationally and internationally. Feras has extensive background in the areas of business consulting, interactive marketing, and web analytics. Feras is passionate about improving his client’s ROI and led his organization to implement and launch successful Internet marketing and analytics strategies for E-Nor’s diversified client base. Feras has traveled the globe educating businesses and Internet consultants on the subjects of search engine marketing, online marketing and web analytics. Under his leadership, E-Nor has achieved certification as a Qualified Google Adwords Advertising company as well as a Google Analytics Authorized Consultant (GAAC).
Shiraz Asif, Vice President of Creative Marketing
Shiraz Asif is the Vice President of Creative Marketing for E-Nor, Inc. Prior to E-Nor, Shiraz was the Manager of Technical Support for the Syndeo Corporation, a next generation telecom application provider. In this capacity, he was responsible for implementing and overseeing support to telecom carriers and Tier 1 Telcos. Shiraz has extensive background in the areas of project management, solutions architecture and customer support, specializing in the creative process including web usability / accessibility. As the VP of Creative Marketing, he oversees the entire implementation process, including creative design, search engine optimization, pay-per-click campaigns and web analytics, along with providing subject matter expertise and consulting in all above areas.
Udi Poran, Vice President of Business Development
Udi Poran joined the E-Nor team in 2007, bringing with him 20 years of experience as a business analyst, project manager and consultant to major financial institutions. He began his career as a software development engineer, quickly advancing through various managerial roles until finding his niche in business consulting, working with clients such as Countrywide Home Loans, Glendale Federal and Capitol Records. Having managed multi-million dollar software design and development projects, Udi possesses the skills to understand and analyze business needs and translate them into effective, successful solutions. These skills are utilized within his current role as Vice President of Business Development, where Udi consults with new and existing clients, helping them identify their business goals and objectives and solving business challenges in the areas of Internet Marketing, Web Analytics and Web Development.
Tina Petrigni, Director of Professional Services & Consulting
As Director of Professional Services & Consulting, Tina Petrigni is responsible for day-to-day operations of E-Nor's Internet Consulting Initiatives & Professional Services, including Search Engine Optimization, Search Engine Marketing, Pay-Per-Click and Web Analytics projects leveraging leading solutions to deliver insightful analysis and recommendations for our client's marketing optimization. Tina joined the E-Nor team in 2008 with an extensive professional services and consulting background working with Fortune 1000 organizations in Asia, Europe, North and South America. She has managed multi-million dollar projects in IT, IS, Telecom, VoIP, hardware and software implementations for technology companies and institutions of higher education. Tina holds a Masters of Business Administration degree, from Southern New Hampshire University, in addition to a Bachelor of Science degree from the Whittemore School of Business & Economics, UNH and is fluent in Spanish.
