Channel Sales Manager

We are looking for a mid-level Channel Sales Manager to join E-Nor. You’ll have the opportunity to work with smart and hardworking colleagues, industry veterans and fun people.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders and channel partner organizations
  • Identify, capture and close sales opportunities from within channel partner organizations and sales pipelines
  • Assist with existing customer contract renewals
  • Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis
  • Nurture new sales opportunities with partners
  • Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements

What You Have

  • 2-4 years of proven sales and channel management experience
  • In-depth understanding of B2B sales process
  • Experience in software resale and consulting services sales
  • Familiarity with enterprise solutions solutions selling – Google Analytics 360 experience a big plus
  • Hands on experience with CRM software (preferably SalesForce) and MS Excel/Google Sheets
  • Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully
  • A positive attitude when working with and helping others
  • Desire to learn quickly in a new environment
  • Experience with task management tools, Google Apps, and Microsoft Office
  • BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field
  • Organized in planning lead nurture and follow up
  • Familiarity with basics of digital marketing
  • Strong financial and mathematical skills to develop quotes, pricing and improve margins
