We are looking for an experienced Payroll & Benefits Administrator Part-time or Contractor to join E-Nor in a virtual capacity. You’ll have the opportunity to work with smart and hardworking colleagues, industry veterans and fun people.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage our compensation and benefits program and systems for our global virtual organization with an understanding of regional and international nuances
  • Manage and analyze employee benefits, identify opportunities for improvement, track and report on usage data
  • Process payroll, including updating employee data, commissions, garnishments, benefits, vacation, etc.
  • Maintain up-to-date records supporting benefits administration
  • Prepare and file new hire reports in each state where new hire lives
  • Prepare and file reports, report on and analyze trends
  • Manage 401k, regular reporting and beneficiaries
  • Manage expense reimbursement system Abacus
  • Ensure professional delivery and excellent quality
  • Communicate with employees and management about benefits, options and usage
  • Develop and implement policies to ensure organizational compliance with federal and state and international regulations
  • Work closely with our insurance agent to ensure smooth onboarding and change management as required

What You Should Have

  • 5+ years of proven benefits administration excellence for US and international employees
  • Understands and protects confidential information
  • Familiarity with payroll processing systems:
    • Gusto
    • BambooHR
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Tools and Google Apps (docs, sheets, slides, etc.)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work with a remote team, conduct video conferences with colleagues and managers
  • Possesses and utilizes both analytical and creative thinking skills
  • Observes opportunities for improvement, from process and technological perspectives, makes recommendations and implements changes
  • Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with emotional intelligence
  • Ability to learn quickly in a new dynamic environment with a positive attitude
  • 4 Year Degree in relevant field, or proven and demonstrable payroll and benefits experience
  • Self -motivated, ability to work independently – position is virtual
  • Organized, understands time management, timelines and follow up and delivers on time
