Really cool video on custom funnels in Google Analytics Premium by our own Eric Fettman (on our new video tutorial blog, gademos.com).

Custom funnels are really powerful, as you’ll see from the video – you can create funnels with really specific steps and conditions, then segment them to measure drop-off between multiple stages of critical user processes (even across multiple sessions). With advanced segments on-the-fly, you can even gather interesting insights like (as demonstrated in the video) compare mobile drop off’s vs desktop, etc.
