Damaris Lasa

Lead Trainer and Education Consultant

Damaris’ passions are lifelong learning, clear communication, and mastery through deliberate practice. She wants every professional on the planet to understand the power of web analytics and data-informed decision making. She teaches a 10-week Digital Marketing Course and Google Analytics Bootcamps at General Assembly in NYC. Damaris led consumer marketing initiatives at the American Heart Association for over a decade, partnering with iconic brands like Macy’s, HBO, and Subway.

Damaris is a Digital Analytics Association Certified Web Analyst and served as an instructor in the production of Udacity’s Google Analytics Nanodegree program.

Eric Fettman

Eric translates complexity into understandable ideas, real-world examples, and actionable steps. He concretely supports and inspires individuals and organizations as they develop analytics skills and programs.

Eric is the co-author of Google Analytics Breakthrough: From Zero to Business Impact and, like Damaris, served as an instructor for Udacity’s Google Analytics Nanodegree.

Choose Delivery: In-Person, Online or Blended Learning

Live Instructor-Led Training at Your Location

Live, instructor-led training is still the most effective type of learning for teams. Face-to-face communication allows the learning experience to not only be heard but also seen and felt. We can conduct highly interactive training sessions at your location, with groups ranging from just 2 or 3 to as many as 50 participants.

Remote participants are welcome to join the live sessions through web conferencing.

Live Online Training

Online delivery is another option for our training. This might be the best option for remote teams. We can plan multiple sessions to accommodate different time zones.

E-Nor is glad to provide the conferencing or to use your system. By default, we provide recordings of the online sessions.

Duraton: Get Multiple Days of High-Impact Learning

Most of our training programs span two days. We offer one-day programs for streamlined training and three days or more for deeper dives into specialized topics. We’ll work with you to identify the schedule that’s right for your team.

Training days start at 8:00-9:30 AM and conclude at 4:00-5:30 PM. The instructor is normally available for open-ended Q&A during breaks and after the final session of the day. We are flexible in accommodating the scheduling needs of your team as well as one-on-one discussions.

For online training, we recommend multiple shorter sessions, typically 2 hours per session and not exceeding 4.

To the greatest extent possible, we use your own data in the training, and we frame each session to be fully relevant for the participants.

Our training is designed to help participants solve a real problem and gain the satisfaction that comes from increased competence, achievement, and team success.

Agenda Planning: How It Works

3-6 weeks prior to the training date, the instructor will schedule a call, typically one hour long, with one or more of your training organizers to plan the agenda. We are glad to schedule additional calls before the training as is helpful: thorough preparation is key for successful training outcomes.

Broadly speaking, the agenda can cover the following areas:

  • measurement and reporting strategy
  • Google Analytics/Google Tag Manager implementation (basics or deep dive)
  • reporting and analysis deep dive
  • account structures, workspaces, governance, and report distribution
  • maintaining implementation and campaign data quality long-term

The agenda can also include specialized topics such as:

  • mobile app tracking with Firebase
  • Google Analytics data and dataset integration in BigQuery
  • visualizing Google and third-party datasets in Data Studio and Tableau
  • using Google Analytics data in predictive modeling
  • online/offline tracking integration

We can also survey participants for potential topics to incorporate into the agenda.

After gathering your requirements, we build the agenda. An example agenda might have an implementation focus on day 1 followed by a reporting and analysis focus on day 2. We can also break out an overview at the beginning or end of the agenda, suitable for executives or any other stakeholders who would benefit from a higher-level summary.

We submit the final agenda for your signoff, and also provide a basic logistical checklist for classroom setup or online participation.

We always encourage active participation in the training, and we’re glad to adjust the agenda live on the training days; our highest concern is to provide your team with the most worthwhile learning experience.

While each agenda is structured specifically for your team, we’re glad to provide this sample training agenda for reference.

Prep work may be assigned to participants prior to the course dates as suitable based on your objectives for the training.

Summary Audit

As part of the planning for your training, in many cases, E-Nor can provide a free audit summary of your Google Analytics/Google Tag Manager implementation. Following the training sessions, your instructor will summarize any additional recommendations that have arisen regarding your implementation and analytics-related workflows.

Testing and Certification: Validate Your Knowledge

As part of your training program, E-Nor can build one or more tests to help participants retain the training material and to assess competency.

We can deliver testing on the platform we use or deploy to your internal learning management system (LMS).

Will training prepare me for the Google Analytics Individual Qualification (GAIQ)?

The GAIQ is an industry-recognized assessment of baseline competency in Google Analytics. While the training is designed first and foremost around your organizational and technical needs, it does normally provide a good foundation for the GAIQ. If the GAIQ is a priority for your team, we can provide additional guidance and practice testing.
